 Creating a Personal Learning Network: I am creating a personal  Learning Network when I meeting with my department team weekly during the school year.  I have also linked with other educators through the classes I have taken while working on my technology endorsement. Through Emedia resources- OER commons-I have been able to share with other educators lesson plans and ideas in order to enhance my instruction.  Edcamp: I was able to join an education seminar this last year which was an amazing way to learn and share with colleagues around the state of Utah. These practices drive a culture of collaboration, promote student learning, and have driven my own innovation as an educator.
